I actually have a new question now: The article thing said 14 and 3 but when I put them it the max seems to be 10, thus screwing everything up no? I am using OX. Any thoughts?

Not in my book. Looks like you'll hit resistance at 18. Your bull break out is about 19.42 My indicators say it could be a buy but I would wait to confirm with price and volume. Volume is very low.

Your not looking in the right places and your entire outlook is tainted. If you think negative, that is what you get back. When people make these kind of statements I like to ask - how much do you make?

Just watch yourself on the part when you keep increasing your bid. You made profit on this one so it may be hard to take in that considering setting your entry and waiting for the market to come to you can help limit losses. Every time I have done that move, I have lost. If you want...

I have had OX for 3+ years and never heard of this. - But then again, I just use them for charts. I think all courses like that are a waste of money. I have taught myself all things options for less than $300 (for learning materials) :) The other folks put it well.

This seems unrealistic to me. Can someone explain how you can know this before you get in?

Fast: K5, D3 - default Slow: K15, D5 - default I tried to look this up but could not find anything. - I am embarrassed to say I don't even know what D and K mean. :eek:

The SPY does not have a 700 call (that I see) The SPX has the following on the PUT side: 660 = 36K 680 = 36K 700= 36K 720 = 67K That looks like spreads to me. I don't buy the doom and gloom. It rarely happens but it is fun to watch everyone run around thinking the sky is...

The SPY is the SPX divided by 100. (I am not sure about the third option... no pun...) It should not matter as they basically do the same thing. I am sure someone will correct me if I am wrong.

Ok gang: I am starting to use stochastics as a confirming indicator but I don't understand the difference between the "fast" and the "slow". It seems if I use the fast, it confirms my belief about 100% of the time, but the "slow" always contradicts. (my outlook is less than one month)...

I don't know about the options part (I will start to watch) but the RUT moves more intra day than the Q's. - However, I have been unable to get out of a position for several days. . . Do you just buy str8 up options or do you spread?

Laugh if you will, but being I am just starting out I did one total fly with the top just OTM, and the next two obviously OTM as well. There have been may ups and downs and at one point I was below the bid and STILL did not get a fill. I use OX. With all this BS I am about to just...
