you can get the eminis for a while for free - all other contracts on CBOT have to be paid for

mbt3 that was a while ago - i am sure technically Pats/Kyte are a lot better or even as good as it gets now - but Kyte are only interested in institutional people - and the kids on their retail brokerage side have that old style arrogant attitude

trader777 hi, the tech support guy probably could not get you out, as he would not be a broker - but he should have referred you to a broker? and they would not be able to get you out if it was globex that had gone down? was there a introducing broker or were you with GNI directly...

the globex futures data on the TS order entry screen should be different to the futures data on the charting setup since globex supply two different feeds - one for trading platforms and one for charting and data delivery - does anyone know what TS use the their order entry?

Thought it might be good to start a thread to watch how the Dow eminis go - certainly they are covering all bases with a $20- and $50 contract - and with fungibility between all the contracts - would be great if volume builds - as long as it does not take it away from the emini S&P and Nasdaq...

Navigator elocal is owned i believe by RCG or RGC ( can never remember which) so you can blame them if you want are elocal clients having the same problems as the companies associated with Apex ( they have a few different trading names)?

tymjr since you are running two sets of data/software - with one as back up - i guess cost is not an issue for you! and as you are still running cqg - i guess that means you still feel cqg is the best other software companies can catch up, but there is a lot more to it than just adding...

the dual boot might seem the easiest option, but a second drive takes all the pressure out of changing over - and once you have got it working fine - you then have a perfect back up disc
