    Favorite food for daytraders

    Usually just strong coffee amd sublingual vitamin B complex. Occasionally some fruit juice. The sublingual vitamins get into the system quickly. After the market is closed I like to cook pasta and seafood, serve it with good wine. The more people at dinner the better my wife and I like it. ~EC

    holding through earnings release

    Yes... I did it once and the company came out with spectacular earnings. The market was wanting to move lower though and my wonderful little stock went down from 15 bucks to 12 bucks to 10 bucks to 7 bucks to 4 bucks to 2 bucks and then to under a buck and now I can't even get a quote on it...

    My experience is the real time feeds are always behind the price movements. It lead me to conclude: 1) The first wave of buying was before the news release. 2) If I buy on the "fresh" news I'll be paying too much and if trading I'll get left holding the bag. 3) I should consider fading...
