Long Iron Condor or Call calendar ?

Here is one I used prior to moving to the ToS platform: http://www.samoasky.com/ Just checked, it's still free and recently updated.

The Fed bought nearly half of LAST WEEK'S 7 year Treasury Issuance

I hate to say this, but I am starting to believe the conspiracy theorists that claim all of this is a concerted effort to purposefully drive us to a one world currency....the New World Order. I mean really the leaders of the world can't be dumb enough to not see whats going on and how to stop...

Cash for clunkers will get many people even more indebted

I don't consider it a matter of intelligence per say. I do think that a majority of American consumers are more ignorant of the way finances work rather than being flat stupid. I have long been an advocate of a credit and finance management class being taught in public HS to help correct this...

I still don't think TZ is the be all end all authority over who is right and wrong with a god given right to attack every poster on ET. If you do then I guess we just have to agree to disagree. Cheers

I have seen a FEW posts of his worth reading, most just seem accusatory and hateful. And more than once I have seen him run away new people just looking for answers. But why should he have to "weather it"? I have said this before in response to TZ and his defenders: what does it hurt for...

Professional Trader - Ask your questions here for the next few days...

I think what he meant was eliminate the parts of you, your trading style and your decisions that hurt your trading. You are right you can't eliminate yourself but really how many times do you need to touch a hot stove before you realize that is a bad idea? To make a mistake is human to make the...

Cash for clunkers will get many people even more indebted

So what you are saying is that if you are the average American, who needs a vehicle to get to work, then it's wise to get one? Novel concept there.

Cash for clunkers will get many people even more indebted

Oh I forgot to add that I have a good friend that worked in new and used auto sales for many years. His exact words to me were: "There is no such thing as a 'good deal' from a dealership. We only make you think you got one." He went on to say that the discounts people think they are getting...

Cash for clunkers will get many people even more indebted

Do you not realize that any dealership using a 3rd party finance company, GETS THEIR CASH? The finance company pays the dealership for the car up front, you are paying back the finance company, not the dealership. The dealer may get some sort of kickback for the loan though giving them more...

Cash for clunkers will get many people even more indebted

I agree it is completely retarded for companies to require credit scores for purposes of hiring. Maybe the person was laid off due to no fault of his/her own and got behind in some payments. Now they want to get a job to repay their debts and can't. I also know that failure is rewarded, but...

Cash for clunkers will get many people even more indebted

I buy new to 1 year old cars because I keep them for 10 years. I get a car and 5 years later my wife gets a car. So we get a car every 5 years but keep each one for 10. Buying a 5yr old car puts it at 15 before we get rid of it. Plus as I said paying cash never shows an account as "paid in full"...

Cash for clunkers will get many people even more indebted

Do you not realize that Toyota (symbol: TM) trades on the NYSE? Do you not realize that US stocks are traded by people from just about every country? Do you have some magic indicator that shows what country the majority of share holders reside in? I sure don't. For all I know most GM investors...

Cash for clunkers will get many people even more indebted

Really it's hard to determine what is really foreign and domestic these days. I remember back in about '92 or so a friend of mine was in the market for a new car and because he was wanting to buy American he was looking at getting an Eagle Talon. I mean what could be more American than a...

Cash for clunkers will get many people even more indebted

Buying a car on credit with a low to zero interest rate can help increase your credit rating. First doing this and paying the car off with every payment on time shows credit worthiness. Second a very important key piece of credit data (that is often overlooked and not understood by most...
