Keep in mind that the payments are for quotes. We are not disputing the availability or payment for quotes. The ABILITY TO BE ROUTED TO AN EXCHANGE is the problem.

I use QCharts and IB. Since both have occassional issues, I can usually figure out what's going on between the two of them. QCharts has Level II for the regional options exchanges along with historical T&S and that's nice when it's accurate. I think the MMs fill us to make us go away...

I read that AMTD paid over $1500 per account. I think the going rate was formerly in the $6-700 per account range and some had been higher but never over $1000. I also read that AMTD is almost out of money themselves. Wait til they find out how many of those accounts are empty with customers...
