Walmart has bags of peeled vacuum packed garlic cloves. SO convenient. I take several cloves and thinly slice them, make a small tray from aluminum foil, put a couple tablespoons of butter on top, into the toaster oven. They completely absorb the butter. Toasting makes the flavor quite mild...
