Every single airline leases a portion of their planes. In fact, most of them lease most of the planes they fly, if not all.

I buy all at once, don't add to winners, and usually sell all at once. I will sometimes scale out and sell in thirds as price hits different targets, but it is rare.

10 ES contracts a day at 10 points per trading day will do it. And yes I do think it is possible, as I am doing 5 contracts at 10 points per day now. Actually a little over 10 points per day. I don't know if I will get there, but I am sure going to to try.
