Volatility (trading range) is statistically higher, at least for the ES.

It depends on the strategy/model that you are using. For me, the best days are Thursday & Friday. The worst, Tuesday.

Like @schizo said, if you are profitable, overtrading might not be a problem. Chances are, you're not, and overtrading just make you lose more. There is not silver bullet. 1) Have a plan. 2) Stick to it. 3) Rinse and repeat.
