    Which Offshore Jurisdiction?

Delaware/Nevada maybe. I doubt however you can do what you want legally at all (in the spirit of the law).

    Infographic: Bitcoin Outlook for 2016

But the fact that the supply of Bitcoin is limited, and with a growing economy demand for Bitcoins will rise, will the effective eternal deflation limit the usability? After all, why spend an asset that is ever increasing in value?

Do small traders systematically outperform the market?

There are just a few parties who consistently win money, and those are generally very sophisticated. Think HFTs, marketmakers and very well connected and experienced hedgefunds who can change the environment they are playing in (Ackman, Buffet, etc.). So beyond these categories, in theory being...

Why is my order always last in line?

So you mean more than 50 get filled at 29.75 and you still do not. All transactions on your TOS are globex transactions? If yes, then something fishy going on with your broker.

Why is my order always last in line?

Are you sure it just doesn't look like you are filled last, while in reality all the traders behind you in the queue just cancel the moment the price reaches your level instead of getting filled? (that's for true fifo markets, in equities or options for example different markets vie for the...

Don't like capitalism and free market economics? You're really not as cool as you think you are

Do economists use that law to deduct neoliberal economic theories? That's just building on shaky grounds (aka philosophy) and not science.

bad advice on NOT paying the spread?

In my experience this is mostly true indeed, but not always, sometimes you get lucky of course.

Question from someone who know absolutely NOTHING about programming

I don't see any reason to go to C++, stability, implementation time is probably better in C#, running time difference negligable for almost all basic order handling purposes, so unless there is some specific other reason my suggestion is to stay with C#.

    Adventures in Algorithms

If you want to diversify even more, going for ETF's might be an option. You might pay more in (transaction) costs though.

Question from someone who know absolutely NOTHING about programming

Without taking anything else in account, that's right. Unless you are doing High Frequency Trading, then maybe C++ is at an advantage.

    The Flaws of Fundamental Analysis

Another thing that makes FA iffy is that if a stock is overvalued, only the fact that it is overvalued might make the company more successful, and thus more valuable in the future, than it would have been if it's stock would not have been overvalued.

Master of Financial Engineering for Prop Trading or Quant Hedge Fund

It's hard to say (at least for me) what type of program you need, as there are many ways to algorithmically trade the markets. Machine learning is the hype for the moment, but who knows how long it will last. Maybe better to choose a generalist program.

US forex broker for mid-long term positions? IB interest is killing me

So Oanda's interest rate spread on majors seems to be 0.4% (yearly I suppose), what is it at IB? 0.4% is very reasonable imo, assuming you are not into complex arbitrage spreads, but just outright, since 0.4% is just a tiny bit compared to what you are going to win or lose on the difference in...

US forex broker for mid-long term positions? IB interest is killing me

I don't believe that. If you are long AUD against USD you are surely going to receive interest? If not that would be cheating.

US forex broker for mid-long term positions? IB interest is killing me

Sure you can, you can just go one way AUD against the USD and NZD the other way, and you're hedged on the USD and opposite AUD/NZD
