When in doubt run both contracts side by side and watch the volume.:)

These zeroline crossover macd and averages systems show up in an endless procession and then fade into the sunset. Would be nice if it was that easy.

I think youre probably right about this but how do you get to this point? I dont believe a new trader can trade by gut feeling and it is essential to have a plan in the beginning.

I think Link's "High Probability Trading" is a pretty good introductory work. He does not candy coat it like so many do. That said, about all a book can do for you is acquaint you with terminology, etc.

I do not think it is possible to trade correctly when fear is present. You must have enough funds so that your losses do not upset you or paper trade.
