When did the 3sma and the 25sma come into the picture? We started with the macd and the 9sma. Simple is not so simple is it?

Since this is the S/R journal this is really interesting. We are approaching all time resisitence for the DOW. I have no idea if it will move on up but dont you think they will almost certainly take out the high at least temporarily?

I picked up another 50 bucks when it became obvious they were going to take out the high. Definitely done this time.

I seldom trade the afternoon as I just find the moves much harder to predict compared to the morning. Probably just a personal bias.

What is it you are trying to do? Might be easier to give reccomendations if we knew what you wanted. All programs have a bit of a learning curve. Quotetracker will usually answer email questions within minutes.

It looks like his entries were impeccable. The reverse was late but still profitable. I wouldnt exactly call this a refutation. Are there any more?

I watch Tick, Trin and Advance/Decline ratios but it is still tough as they do not lead the market. I saw nothing there to indicate the move to the upside until it was well under way.

I dont see where there was any reason to believe the market would move like it did in the afternoon. I think it caught a lot of people by suprize.

LOL. About a 25 point range in ES and the best I can squeeze out is 10ticks YM. I am supposed let the trade run with a 20 point target but once again I bailed early. Had a great entry for the down move. Had one more setup but did not take it. It would have worked. Should have been a $200 day...

I really think it helps to post your pandl as long as you do it every day so that losers are included. I'm not exactly sure why but it seems to help me stick to my rules, most of the time, knowing Im going to post the results.

How about Soros? I think hes written a book or two.
