I think they are missing a good bet by not doing a true daytrader piece. Honing in a few real daytraders would be a truly exciting show and you cannot tell me it wouldnt have appeal.

Not enough info on your chart. I do not think there is any better way to predict direction than looking at a simple price chart of what ever timeframe you wish to trade and seeing if it seems to be going up, down or sideways. You need a few dozen bars at least.

I am still working on this problem. I still do not let my profits run but I am working towards it by gaining confidence. Right now I just use a 20 pt target in YM and look for those situations where I can enter with a 10 point stop giving me a 1/2 risk/reward which I am happy with for now and it...

Caught a few ticks off the opening move then basically sat there the rest of the morning with my finger up me arse. Was leery of shorting as I felt it was possible to pop up at any time. Be glad when when we move up or down significantly. Done for the day unless we get a hughe move.

Any figure you come up with will be obsolete within a couple of weeks. The market is truly becoming global. You can find pictures of some guy in his tent in the middle of the Gobi desert trading on his cell phone.

there is quite a bit of difference, I think. The right trendline can be either an upper or lower if I have it straight.:confused: The right trendline is always with the trend, right?:) p.s. The right trendline is the one you would draw if you were drawing a single trendline.

I think there will be a hell of lot of shorts coming in but even though I am a permabear I will never short the highs. A lot of retail sentiment out there.
