well which question are you going to apply it to.... in my opinion there is no applicable question where this offense would qualify. you said it is a class b misdemeanor.....i don't recall any questions where this offense would apply.

depends on the state where the offense was committed. i think in florida it is considered a felony...otherwise it would not need to be reported.

i've noticed more fragmentation of size..... sort of like the specialist are backing off more than usual. maybe more auto bidding being allowed.
