If I set for example CVB @ 400 lot and also a simple volume indicator, I see clearly the every - and only after - 400 lots a new bar is begin created. Is this enough?

The setup/ instructions does not work; I sent an email last Nov. 26 and 27 asking for port # setup with this TT feed but never got a reply. Obviously meanwhile I got 2 sales rep emails ...

That means that if/when the retail trader is eventually able to get an edge on the book, he's forced to give up it, paying the spread... and that's what they call 'leveling the access to the mkt'... :mad:
