I trade both sides always, but the no direction days are always bad for me. Even if we get a 2 direction day its fine for me. But days like TODAY, no dice.

Break out where?? I got owned today, everytime I got positioned in a green trade, stopped back out. Today was a take profit when you see it day. I hate those days.

My trading is improved by staying on my feet. I also engage in an online chat room through mics. It keeps me and some of my fellow traders occupied through lunch and sometimes we give each other trades :p
