Forcing yourself to manually trail stop is the only way to prevent that.

I got very good at tape reading aapl. Probably would make me more money going back to that than how I am trading now. Anyway, any time I am tape reading I have the ticker up in 3 windows. One with all prints, one with print greater than 10,000, and one with prints greater than 100,000...

It wasnt a bad short but I see screaming cover signals much earlier than where you finally did. Also keep in mind that if you are shorting an uptrending instrument you have to be willing to take smaller profits.

Mine isnt too bad, but its my worst and I was pretty angered. I flop trips with pocket kings. flop is K X 2 turn 2 river 2 Bitch has 5 2 suited and claims he called my preflop raise because he was "looking for a straight or flush" I did also check the turn, let him freaking...

Adding to a winner based on the fact that it has a trending tendency is favoring a bigger position when you are on the right side.

Its not really a solution, its more of a trade off. All I do is give up some potential profit for a move that has a higher chance of following through. Now every trade I take has a 70% chance of moving for me. But slightly over 50% of my trades end up break even/small loss as I add to them...

Yep, but keep thinking of a way to fix that and you will come across a simple solution.

X = initial position. I just round the .15 off.

I start with X size, then add .5X either when stop can be set to breakeven or when a significant resistance level is broken(this is what usually happens). I then add another .15X everytime a previous wave high is breached (resistance). I cant really backtest it because it is discretionary...

Yep. In a sense he is unlucky that it didnt happen earlier when he was managing less money. Once you have a losing streak like that you manage it immensely better the next time.

Kudos to him. I wish I could make a consistent 5k a day. My problem is waiting for the worthy trades. Dry spells suck.
