Sounds like you are asking for trading help, so this might not help you, but TT has an office at Greenway Plaza. I think they are mostly working with energy clients though.
You can set the interval to X seconds if you write a macro. I've got one that does it for some stuff I do at work.

No specific broker needed, if they are good with options (i.e. TOS) then you should be fine with leaps. Liquidity is going to drop and spreads will get wider out when you go out further.
Volume isn't really coming in, although the markets are somewhat tight. There is a MM that makes markets out in the '09 curve, and he's accommodating too if you need something done.
All in all, not a bad start. Just need the MM to stay in the game, and we'll see where it goes from there.
