it's called survivorship bias, i think, the ones who went bye-bye are no longer in the rankings, and according to the research i've read it's a very high % attrition rate.

OK, well, there you have it. There are many successful scalpers, including the guys who posted on this thread. Now is it very likely that they will be cool with sharing their methods with you? Not very likely. They're afraid if people use same method, their slippage will increase which is true +...

They say that traders should trade(execute), not analyze and TP allows them to do that.. And then they say it's not a trading system.. Hmm... I don't understand what's the deal with this.. I don't even understand how their proposed "method" works. But apparently lots of people are happy:confused:

-$100 for the day max loss is kind of stupid and here's why. -100 is just 2 ES points. Now it's very hard to have stops below 2 ES points unless you're some kind of an extreme scalper. So it will happen very often that your first trade of the day is a loss ie. -2 points and you'll just end up...

Edwards and Magee state that retracements in a legitimate trend stop somewhere between 1/3 and 2/3. Now form my observation that is true. BUT, how the heck are you supposed to know where between 1/3 and 2/3 it will be??? And where should you place your stop???
