Yes that's what I'm thinking as well... So if that's the case a buyer and a seller present how could the price just drop like that ? That's what's confusing me. is that the it's just the buyers are rapidly buying the lower bid price of sellers? Or is it stop losses being executed ?

Thats what i was worried about. it being converted to shares and then dilution occuring . but aafter reading a reply on this post i have a much clearer understanding its not really perhaps the dilution that im thinking of .

im really confused. because they purchased a total of 2,7 million shares and warrants at 4.15 or at the IPO pricing. so if some of them are warrants wouldnt it mean that further dilution can happen when they go to sell the warrants?

Ah I see. So why do traders who are successful use the daily charts for intraday trading ? Because it seems alot of the times the price action intraday doesnt refer to the daily chart as much lol
