Oanda offers the best platform, best spread, and best API. But if only they offered 100:1 leverage, they would be the BEST OF THE BEST.

New and old run smooth here with Firefox and IE on XP, but occassionally when connection speed drop, the java applet hangs up for 1 minute and then the rates in the chart goes to weird zig-zag lines.

QuantDeveloper is a very difficult IDE to use. Look at many strange toolbox windows which dock here and there. :D
