Thoughts One of the other changes I'm making is I'm going to try and get my first order of the day in within the first hour. I practiced trading near the open all day Saturday so we'll see if it pays off.

No, I'm using REFCO. They have a good floor operation which is what I normally trade. If I decide after Dec. to continue with the emini then I'll probably look for a firm with service and a better order entry platform.

Thoughts Going to make some changes today. One of my problems with trading the emini is the speed of execution and market movement. I've been waiting for a setup and then using this pats system to trade. If I'm getting in a new position I've been using limit orders to avoid the spread. Also...

No trading today. Bad night yesterday and so far a bad day today. I'll get back to this on Monday.

Just a habit. When I have to leave I tend to put a catastrophe stop at the high or low of the day. I usually only leave in a position during dead trading hours. Obviously I screwed up and got what I deserved. As you say...tomorrow is another day. Best of trading

LOL!!! I deserved this little market fit... I got so frustrated missing that 5 pt jump earlier that when I went over the chart again I threw my wireless phone across the room. Amazing how many plastic pieces it can shatter into.... I just put on the last trade and set the stop at the LOD...

Thoughts Very frustrating!!!! I tried a buy limit order at 41.00 and didn't get filled. Now the market breaks yesterday's high! First trade was ok. Second trade I exited too late (at least a 1 pt too late). Wasted time with that random thoughts post and missed a exit and reentry also...
