Lets say you have a long call option in the money and the dividend is greater than the remaining time value. lets say dividend 10 cents, Time value 3 cents . technically you really are only getting 7 cents but you still have to go long stocks and the stock could easily drop 15 cents lower...

Since it is not SEC regulated cant I just go and say I want to offer 10 million shares for 5 cents to the public and have it trade. what do I need to do to do this?

Hey I noticed anytime GE touches 13.85 you will see 500K orders to sell appear out of nowhere on the ask side with the bid size smaller of course. Then when it drops that penny to 12.84 that big fat 500K ask size order dissapears. And only when GE hits 13.85 will the big seller come out...

Also make a law where tv reporters have to have an MBA in finance and a series 7 before they can report on tv.

I am confused. I though it is just wealth transfer. how do you destroy it? The guy shorting made the money and the guy long lost the money. So the bears made money and longs lost money right?

Do you trade and borrow on margin? I don't like to use margin (my account is a margin account though) The whole borrowing thing sounds too risky.
