Cheers mate, my account is way way way smaller than it was before as I took out about 65k as I needed to help out a family member and I also lost a bit from the peaks of last year. I'd say you are definately the most consistent trader that I know.

The low was 7863. My stop was lower than that and I actually added (yes to a losing position) as the signals were for a long rally. How was your trading today?

All flat after closing my DOW long just now after that upwards movement. Up 80.7% for the month.

What is the reasoning behind where your stops are placed?

Went long crude (brent) @ 42.75 closed @ 43.36 +61. currently long DOW 7936

rbs marketindex allows for positions as small as <1p/pt on crude. Similar with forex in that you can have exposure to 1 unit of currency.

No worries, pep talks are my forte! I'm up about 6% for the day, 52% for the month. I've used a simplified version of that scalping strategy I was talking about last night - I must have done about 20 trades today - about 4-5 losing and 15 or so winning.

RBS/ABN AMRO might be a start? Worth demoing anyway, you can set your stops wherever you want, and the spread is tighter.

I don't want to lose my job so I'll refrain from pictures and anyway - its my office hottie, not for sharing ;) Back on topic, Just hit the 50% profit for the month mark scalping the DOW on the way down.
