was able to trade intraday today thanks to the snow.

working short side only on ES with 2 to 3 day holds......have not daytraded in a few weeks due to commitments & lack of vol.......back to the "grind" in mid march.

i call this the trading trap....where you become magnetized to your screens....very easy to fall into & difficult to get out of this rut. a strict regiment of workouts & eating clean for 2 weeks will create an effortless routine.i need to be of sound body in order to be of sound mind in order...

damn good observation........i think it was you whom mentioned this in a previous thread & i have been watching price action off that level since. back in the day ,it was the spooz that would trade off the devils # of 66 with a high degree of certainty.
