    Island's Fees & Rebates

Does anyone know if Island's fees of .0030 per share for removing liquidity and .0020 rebate per share for adding liquidity is the same for all broker-dealers? Or do they work out different deals for the large brokerage houses like Etrade and Ameritrade? Thanks, Marc

    Tough times for scalpers?

First it was PALM that did a reverse split and now my beloved ERICY has followed that trend! There's really nothing good out there to scalp anymore that's under a buck. Boy do I miss the days of Worldcom! Marc

    Island is down!?!?

It's locking up virtually every stock I'm trading right now! Seems like the last trade for anything (CSCO, SUNW, etc.) is 12:09 to 12:10. I've never seen this before, but it sure does suck!!

    SuperMontage Feed?

What are you guys using for a SuperMontage feed? And is it going to be available tomorrow when Nasdaq rolls out its first batch of stocks? Esignal says they won't have their feed ready until the new release which isn't coming out until November. Any ideas on SM providers? Thanks, Marc

What are you guys using for Level II service? I've been using Nasdaq's (money.net) for a while now, but am trying to find one that prints the ECN or MM under Time and Sales for each individual trade. Any ideas? Thanks, Marc

    RealTick Marker Maker Data?

Does RealTick let you see the bids and asks to four decimal places for market makers such as Herzog or Knight? For example, if you bid .7405 on PALM through Knight, does it just show up as .74 under the bid column? Or is there a way to distinguish .7405 from .7415 from .7425, etc.? Thanks...

    Is this illegal?

I'm sure this has to be illegal, but I'm just curious... And no, I haven't done this nor do I plan on doing it. There are two traders: trader #1, who is up $100,000 YTD and trader #2, who is down $100,000 YTD. Since trader #1 is greedy and doesn't want to pay capital gains taxes on his...
