Not the way I read the tape. It doesn't matter to me if it is electronic or specialist. I define tape reading different than your definition of recognizing the patterns of one person the specialist, however, that may not be the only way you define the tape so if it isn't please elaborate. Thanks.

Maverick how do you define tape reading? Is it only intraday? Or can it be done on a daily basis or say even weekly basis?

daily charts worked best for YM. It was an easy trading day for YM. Yesterday's bar indicated the decline today. More decline for tomorrow is also indicated by todays bar. As I matter of fact I see the dow, S&P, YM, Naz ALL making lower lows tomorrow.

The slide down will continue tommorrow.The Dow, Naz, S&P all heading further south tommorrow. Don't know the reason why but that is what they will do tommorrow. Lower lows on all three.
