I went long 2 contracts YM 10913 last night and held to 10933 this morning and long 2 NQ 1711.50 and held to this morning..out at 1716. Long 2 ES at 1279.50 out at 1282.00 this morning. For MRC I will go long right after the open unless I have reason to think a serious decline is coming in...

Great game. Thought they were going to lose but man did they bounce back. Profitable in MRC on NQ,ES,YM. This MRC does seem to work for now at least.

Wish that would work but it doesn't many times. Example. YM Friday price went up over thursday so if one bought thinking it would continue further up on tuesday they would have gotten a shock by the drop today. I already explained why the up bar on friday was weak and predicted the decline...

Come on porgie you can do better than that. That is like saying price went down and stayed down a long time. Tape is relevant to intraday. Also to daily..weekly. Are you saying one doesn't need volume?:)

No, just logically looking at what the tape is intraday and transposing that onto a daily ..weekly..monthly time frame. It is not that complicated.

I generally look at predicting the next day for buying and selling. That is all I need to make some dinero. Not five days out. The weekly tape and monthly tape are used as general trend confirmation. Porgie please tell me "what" is the tape? What does your system say for YM, ES? they have...

That is what I use price and volume. I call it "the tape". I don't look at chart patterns like triangles..etc. Just the tape. But the daily tape along with the intraday. Probally, opened a can of worms there with that daily tape statement. I will just wait for someone to tell me that there ain't...

Well porgie no one knows for certain what tomm will bring but they can make a prediction on probabilities. Which is just what I did. I didn't see much of any gamble to speak in my call. The tape which doesn't lie told me friday by the close what would happen tuesday, that is, most likely.:cool:

Here was my post Steve predicting this slide down Tuesday. I said monday but markets were closed monday so it applied to tuesday. Coolweb also predicted this fall down. So, the "no gas" was evident friday at the close.
