The green volume indicates buyer dominated transactions whereas the red volume indicates seller dominated transactions. Looking at the chart, sellers volume level is greater than buyer's previous volume level, does it indicate the buying climax (= the end of bullish movement) ??

You're right. GBPUSD made new low early this morning in my time zone and I was talking about that low which went just below 1.4000. Because I live in NZ, I said it wrong cos in my time zone, London session and NY session open on different day.

Depends on but to predict from daily, you need something else to guess. There is also a way to guess whether prices have hit top ... have a look at dictionary on patterns that talk about bottom/top. That pattern appears in 15min and 30 min charts when prices hit top/bottom.
