    What a short squeeze...

I want to thank you gnome, your many insights have allowed me to extract much more from my time here on ET.

Once in a while, you can daytrade without a daytrading account?

Futures, forex are safe right? And I thought it was for 1 business day. 5 this is ridiculous.

    A Trader's Reply To A Golddigger

    DONATE TO BAN TIMMAY

He'll go away when his money runs out. He's already without a fund. Just ignore him. He's a troll, don't feed the troll people. (and put on ignore)

Kimi Raikkonen the new F1 world champion

Hurrah. He's my favourite. I remember a few years ago, they were saying the only 2 "super talents" were Alonso and Raikkonen, that was before Alonso won his title. Maybe Hamilton belongs to that group now, but it's funny how both Alonso and Raikkonen have at least 1 title under their belts.

Stock_turd3r is a better trader than 95% of ET - 5 reasons why:

Buy and Hold. Warren Buffet spends months or years to find a good stock to buy and hold. Buy and hold for most it's pure gambling, if you invest for a living you need a methology. And I do hate his stupid posts. Is he bored at work or something? He sounds like a pump and dumper. Tax money at...

Morgan Stanley Traders Lost $390 Million in One Day in August

Lol you guys are still going at it. The way I see it, once the game "stops", you need to create a completely new probability tree. Let's say the odds of dying from cancer this year are 1 in 1 million. Now let's say you get an early form of cancer. Are your chances of dying from cancer...

    Yes I said Vonage (VG)

No. Not unless it actually starts going down for a while. It might behave a bit like BRLC which some took it to the chin just today. But who managed to short that stock?

  12. R

What is happening with BRLC ?

    Another newby

This thread really got off from when I first read it. A few questions, What happens if you buy the security pre-market and sell it during market hours? Is that considered a day trade? What happens if you buy a security in market hours and sell it after hours? How far spaced do the...

No Such Thing As A Down Equities Market

"What's the best way to sell a stock to the public? Increase its price." I forgot who said that, Keene I believe. Sure we're in full bull market mode right now and nothing can go wrong but maybe it's now that people will again be the most vulnerable. I guess people forgot all those "no...

I've always liked Layne Flack, but that was a true "poker idol". And Gus Hansen of course.
