I wish I could have told myself to slow down at the beginning. The non linear path to becoming a trader is exactly that. There’s no step by step for many of us and you have to learn what’s useful and not through a lot of trial and error. DEMO accounts exist for a reason!

If your new I would keep it low. I use unregulated brokers for higher leverage to increase my profits quickly. But it’s not for a newbie, I’ve paid my dues and made my mistakes, takes time to learn how to manage your entries surrounding higher leverage and risk.

Mainly just do your research. In this day and age you can’t get away with much online so reviews are important. When I need high leverage I trade forex and crypto with CedarFX as they have 0% commissions on trades and no hidden fees. So many brokers manipulate price and have shady practices but...
