    channelingstocks.com selling email addresses?

I don't see ANYTHING in the headers indicating that this email came from channelingstocks.com OR that it went to channelingstocks.com@colvin.net. In fact, everything about it indicatates that its a randomly generated email. If you are creating email addresses such as...

LongShot & Jay - "Will QT ever be able to store indefinite intraday data? Are you working toward this? Why the stop at 5 days now? Sorry for not replying earlier. Got lost in the shuffle. QT keeps all the quotes it gets in memory to allow for fast performance with the inline charts and...

zxcv1fu - You can have multiple chart windows open on the same stock. Bring up one chart, then right click on it and select New Chart from the popup menu. That will open a 2nd chart on the same symbol. Is that what you were referring to? Gordo - Just about any window in QT can be made...

zxcv1fu - In general, DATEK datafeed has been pretty good, though lately there have been a few issues with it. Usually we have seen the bid/ask lag in the morning. Also, keep in mind that DATEK data is aggregated, so you would not be able to make a tick for tick comparison.

Medved QuoteTracker gets better and better

DATEK definitely does not have RT futures quotes. Do you have access to any other source? QT can use a different source for Portfolio and WatchList. Also, if you have a subscription for futures at quote.com, you can then have QT get the futures quotes from there either in a WatchList (while...

Lobster, we found the problem with the 3.1.0B version of QT (indices not updating). It was fixed and 3.1.0C was released the same day. Select OPTIONS/WebUpdate to get the updated version and everything will work again. Tick and TRIN are market statistics calculated by the vendor. IQFeed...

qdz2 - thanks. Seems that some people, we won't mention names, don't like to be contradicted and then take revenge by posting bogus reviews. zxcv1fu - you would need to have a quote source that supports futures. Don't know who you trade through - the broker may be a supported source. We...

Medved QuoteTracker gets better and better

dis - Everyone else seems to disagree with you. Our intraday charts are much better than Prophet's. What exactly do you not like? shneed - Bring up the Raw Data window. Link it. Raw data shows every quote QT has on a given symbol. If using a tick-by-tick quote source such as myTrack, that...

The most cheapest data feed !!

Steve, I am well aware of the question that was asked. I do not think a datafeed is worth mentioning if the data is not half way reliable, which it is NOT with Scottrade. The free datafeed stops frequently. Chart data is constantly showing completely bogus data. Volume data never matches...

as marketnoize mentioned, the latest beta supports multi-day intraday charts: http://www.quotetracker.com/beta It also supports TICK Charts (qdz2) Cannot do P2P type of stuff for data. Violates all kinds of redistribution restrictions. Spark - QT DOES have historical data for eminis...

The most cheapest data feed !!

vorzo, the ticker symbol format for use with QuoteTracker & IB is documented at http://www.quotetracker.com/help/ib.shtml Basically, it is: EXCHANGE:Xsymbol Exchange - the exchange letters as shown in TWS X - either @ for futures, $ for indices, . (period) for options, or nothing for...

The most cheapest data feed !!

vorzo, What specific SSF are you trying to watch? NQLX:NQQQG03 is definitely not a valid symbol on IB. First of all, its a future symbol, so you will need to have a @ in the symbol. For example, for QQQ Feb 03 symbol on NQLX, you would enter the following in QT: NQLX:@QCQ1NG3 As for...

The most cheapest data feed !!

LongShot, QT has a paid registration to get rid of ads (free version has ads, but NOT spyware). In the beta, there is also a difference in the # of days you can get the chart for, as you saw.

The most cheapest data feed !!

first of all, you are talking about LiveCharts, not QCharts. QCharts starts at $79.95/mo - BIG difference. LiveCharts subscription is $9.95 per month PLUS exchange fees, which makes them at least as expensive as Money.net, but the data quality is definitely not the same and you get to watch ONE...

The most cheapest data feed !!

vorzo, Yes, QT fully supports all IB symbols, including SSFs. SSFs are also supported from Money.net, and IQFeed. Not 100% sure, but CyberTrader and myTrack may have them as well, in which case QT would be able to get the data from there. BTW - Just released a new beta of QT (3.1.1a) with...

Whamo - DTN data is accurate compared to eSignal (and others). Very reliable NOTE: If you subscribe for DTN.IQ's IQFeed through QuoteTracker, you get pretty drastic discounts - $20 per month instead of $50 and the add-on fees are less: IQFeed for QuoteTracker Others: MarketFeed -...
