I don't think you'll see a Black Panther until it's too late. I think the only dangerous spot is that highway called Alligator Ally. Drove down there once, they have signs warning of Black Panthers and Gators, suggesting to stay in vehicle if it breaks down.

Let me clarify my position. I do not like the normal top caller who has been short through most of 2003 and calling tops daily. Those people only show sentiment. I would like to see someone doing it and being correct most often.

I would never go long on just whatever someone claims, always do my own research. But if someone here is really truly that good, their picks will get attention. When you see them being correct more often than not over and over, why not go for it? This reminds me of a post here about FMKT...

Well if someone making a killing in the market consistently cares to come here and just post "I'm long ACME or whatever" and do it over and over successfully and very profitably, I would really appreciate it. I can always use more money I don't know about you.:)

QQQ short interest went down to 53% from 57%. Guess you can call that diminishing but not by much.

I posted this chart in May, and so far the QQQ has moved almost half way to the target. Yes, I believe this rally is not even half way finished. Sounds crazy, but looking at this chart it does not seem so far fetched...

Tax evasion penalties are worse than murder. So unless you have an extra 20 years in your life that you wouldn't mind sitting in jail for I suggest just paying your taxes. If you really want to save money on your taxes I say just vote for Bush.

I was referring to the claim of $15k to $250k in 8 years. If true it is good. I don't personally agree with his short pos, but if he has been doing so good I would say just keep on going, a loss here and there is expected. IMO market has a lot of upside left.
