The trade platform you mention is mediocre at best..find something like NinjaTrader or the TransactAT platform to start out with.

No..from what Roger is saying, he will release it to his current clients first. At some point after he gets feedback from his current clients and makes any revisions, he will then release it as a stand alone product.
