I think that the sistem based on pattern is more comfertable because the attitude risk/reward more succes. It's simple to identify the candle moddel on the chart. And they are more robusstness . But the first problem with this thing is to find this on the chars.It is can be not simple...

it is true..And i think that to make a strategy( even it is no a equity-curve) not enough to likely trading....you must create method than you stop trading for this system..And must create method than you start trading..this thing named Money Managment.. From Russia with Love:)

I think in this case use a trendfollowing strategies is impossible. Yo must find another method to trade this.

it is impossible to me too :) . One way to make money on teek charts for me is use divergetion on spot-futures. I will test this method.

and the problem don't resolve..May be i has expressed my thoughts uncorrect.. In Russia this method named "trade in spread".I must set my demand on buy in best place on buy..and set the demand on sell in best place on sell..How anybody do this ? From Russia with Love :)

I don't know how you can do this in USA, but in Russia our trade station have a built-in programming language with that i can monitoring all that i want. So, if you station can export the data to EXCEL you can process there..

for examle..For RIH8 call 200000. It theory price is 4005..I set my demand on buy by 3950(two option)...That i buy it i sell one future to hedge the position. After that i set daman on buy at 4050 ...And if i sell the option i start buying a RIH8...

Why not??? I can do this in Russia..But if it is reaaly true that you say i can try buying two options and create sinthetic stredlle and after that i can set a demand on sell in same time..

the measure of slippage depends on a liquidity of instrument that you trade. I set a 0.05% for a instrument with great liquidity

When i create a strategy i turn my mind in a 3D diagramma of opt parametrs and measure the value of robustness for me...I do this for profit and DD...and after that i start study a perfomance/
