Keeping aside Extreme leverage issue, I think what OPs dilemma is US based equity Props don;t seems to take non US residents...( T3 for example) and those outside seems dodgy . Many say they are based in Canada but there is not enough clarity how those are regulated in Canada

if you trade IB CFDs won;t you get same leverage? 1:20!

out of the 3 casdaq seems more legit than others... however it is not clear if they are a registered broker dealer in USA? since they are an equity prop they have to be registered and regulated in USA do they not? other two dont even have a street address and require you to send your capital...
