    ER2, Index day trading systems

Do you think those systems worth $5k? Why wouldn't you want to keep the systems, and generate $5k with them? And if I buy your systems, can you promise you would never use them again (not even modify them slightly and reuse)? I just worry ythat you would compete against me and lessen my...

    Anyone read thestreet.com's option alert?

Is it up 5% excluding or including commissions? Are you sure? Did he take into the account of the $13,000 loss in the recent 9 days?

Is this possible- 1000% yearly returns on options?

Bought 80 contracts at about $1.25 and flipped them to $5.90+ in 5 hours. The options have to be out of the money and the movement have to be extremely big. It can be done, but not only it takes brain, it also takes guts to go in and sit tight. Right there you got 400%+ return. Now do this...

    iceman's options trading journal

Iceman1, how did your trading in AAPL go? I just remember you were bearish and traded like crazy in AAPL stocks and options, and you missed the whole run up and at the end you probably break even or slightly red. What do you think about AAPL now? Do you think it is time to long?

    My Options Play

Alright, alright. To be fair to Iceman1 even though I can never follow his journal of trades. :D Hey iceman when are you going to come back on the thread and spoon feed us some of your brilliant trade ideas again!??? By the way, Iceman1, I agree that some of your picks are good, but...

    Anyone read thestreet.com's option alert?

I did get a response from Steve about the the 4 wrong trades. I think he must be joking. :D From: Steve Smith <Steve.Smith@thestreet.com> To: *REMOVED* Subject: Re: Inquiry about option alert subscription and performance. Date: 09-Feb-2006 17:04:17 EST >These are great questions...

    My Options Play

Multioption, if I go in 50 @ 1.15 following you, under what condition should I cut loss, and at what price? I am really nervous about this trade, as looking at all of your disclosed trades in this thread, only the first two are profitable, and the others more than wiped out the profit of the...

    Anyone read thestreet.com's option alert?

DonnaV, you missed the point about following the stock alert or option alert. That is why I assumed that one would follow all of the 4 suggested trades in the option alert and would be underwater by $13,000 in 9 days. Think about this, being a normal person, we are just 50/50 in picking a...

    Anyone read thestreet.com's option alert?

DonnaV, I also enjoy his free articles at thestreet.com. However, if he is really a successful options trader, you think he needs to sell option picks?

Anyone read thestreet.com's option alert? While I was searching on Google, I stumbled on something like this: http://64.233.179.104/search?q=cache:Nlb7xRN2X-cJ:www.thestreet.com/k/oa/archives/200601300900.html I looked at their 4 suggested trades on HAR, ERTS, AMZN and HRB, and I am...

hajimow, How about those couple Feb 360 puts that were sold for $3.50? Have you covered them yet?
  17. N

    Gooooooogle

Maverick, I am sure hajimow is not happy about his short trade. Just let him cool down a bit. From +2,800 to -3,000 (lowest today) or even -6,000 (still holding now) on just 200 shares is quite devastating to a lot of traders. Hope hajimow covered premarket.

thecalip, "bought 350 put at 2.00, and sold it 3 mins later for 2.35. That was early in the morning. Gut feeling tell me that it's not moving anywhere. Nice 1% gain for my IRA account." Just look at the case if you bought 390 call and sold at close. :D
