It all depends if you add or remove liquidity. If you remove often, then an all inclusive deal is better.

No load funds still charge management fees, 12b-1 fees, and other fee expenses. There is no such thing as a no fee mutual fund. they may not charge a sales fee (load), but there is always other fees.

You can use any broker that allows you to route out on INET and ARCA. Most so called "Smart order routers" just use those routes anyway, since they will route to any ecn or market maker if they cant fill you.

The answer the way I understand it is yes. Regardless of long or short, you should pay margin interest on any amount of stock you are holding in excess of your equity. It should be based on total market value held. Ex. You have $10k in equity (your money). You hold $10k long and $5k short...

I see this thread popped up again and I have been getting some PMs about this. The answer is yes, I do still use the DMI/ADX indicator for intraday trading. I still use it pretty much the same way I described at the beginning of this thread.

If you have a good software, they will not see your stops. For example I use the DAS Trader Pro software and all the stops are server held, so nobody sees it until its ready to be executed.

Only in a crappy software. Any good software should check the time & sales AND cross reference the bid or ask. This double check should virtually eliminate and bad stop triggers.
