    Good vs Bad Breakouts

    Very good post here. Seems I never do it just right, but I make a profit most of the time. If the beakout does not have at least 1.5 times average volume, forget it. Maybe look at the first pullback if it keeps going. Also if a breakout is taken, and price comes back to previous support, below...

    it is ok to trade against the trend. Just know be quick in and quick out. Take small gains, and never trade without a stop. If you do trade against the trend, sell where everybody else is selling. For me, es, overnight high, high of yest, high of last week, or obvious support resistance areas...

    I use Keltner bands and watch these bars that move outside the bands, for rejection at key levels. Like the man said, stops in place, and it works. Have a great day. Keith

    Tough Month?

    My worst month also. Good year all in all. Data feed (Q Charts) is now gone from my life so it has to get better. What a bad feed they have now. I B TWS is all that saved my tail more than once this month. Honor stops and take a little each day. Have a great day. Keith
