    I don't know if IB has it, but you could get something close to it by linking IB-data to quotetracker and then getting VWAP as an indicator

    no security chip, + you can do it webbased or logging in using a java platform which also works webbased the third possibility is having their software installed on your computer but I understand this is not a viable solution for you.

    you can easily do something like a 10-lot. I gues you can also do up to 30, but then you probably don't get filled immediately, but maybe in two or three times.

    You don't know what you are talking about: IB doesn't make money from the subscriptions. It's the exchanges that charge these fees.
