The no BS, obfuscation-free price action thread

That is hilarious, considering I think that is actually Anek trying to help him. It's totally his twisted sense of humor.

Are you more comfortable buying or selling previous highs?

Because to be able to keep a short leash on your trade you need a trail a stop fairly close, and those surely get hit prematurely the vast majority of times.

Are you more comfortable buying or selling previous highs?

Sounds good on principle but almost impossible to let a winner run like that.

Are you more comfortable buying or selling previous highs?

As per usual, stating the obvious.

Are you more comfortable buying or selling previous highs?

Adding to what Lucrum said, which is good advice, the first turn is somewhat less reliable, buy the second and third (if applicable). Many times if it fails to make new highs it never turned or the first turn attempt failed. Sometimes you miss a move that worked on the very first turn...

Right but in futures it is 2 contracts. As you can see the YM short fade is doing splendid.

The main direction with you typically goes either way. However, fading the entries is very good accuracy for a scalp, as you have openly admitted, you are usually early.

I've been fading your entries, with a position that is divisible by two. Once you announce your entry I enter and scalp against you, then adjust stop to break even entry and let the rest ride. Time to let the 2nd half ride now, 1st half was profitable as per usual. Thanks surf.

    What is your best setup

Fading Marketsurfer calls, initial entry point for a scalp, then stop to Breakeven on half, works very well.
