From March to June, trading has been super easy. Only in may you could have done something wrong, but directional trading was extremely profitable and easy. Even now it is easy to guess the market.:cool: I love markets where oversold means market goes up and overbought means market goes down!

I trade mean reversion. But dont use stops. Instead I adjust leverage. I have never seen a trending market that didn't mean revert, eventually. I average down and up.

This happens all the time. Did you read the article on google employee stealing PPC keywords from somebody who was making alot of money with it? Yes he was convicted but this shows money can corrupt where you least expect it.

i agree programming is a very important skill for trading. I am learning but it's hard. Also when I fail in trading I can use my programming experience for software job.

i hope for your sake we go up big on monday. that will be a great short.:D :D :D if we pullback it wil just give longs chance to reload. i wil trim longs in a vertical market. i want a nice steady rally not vertical.

Rally will continue because top in bonds. Rotation out of bonds is gonna start next month. Where does the money go? Probably into stocks. Also earnings next month. I am long GOOG at $575 for earnings play in 2 weeks.

there is something to say for an inverted tax system. It would be a good experiment, we simply dont know right now if that could work or not. Buffet should pay 35% and the secretary 17%. However the scoialist government will never go for that. Invesment taxes are theoretically more volatile thus...
