The reason this is wrong is I spent 15 mins on the phone to support saying the issue was my fault. He later back tracked and said we can now see the problem is not you. During that 15 mins the stock kept dropping, with the right customer support something more/better could have been done...

yes exactly, I used them for the last 5 trading days and they are always 3-5 mins late. But for their price as you said they are not bad.

Thank you FJ I found lagging, it was one of the ones I have been trying out. Same with newsquawk, spoke to their support and they said the macro side they are much better vs news for individual stocks. So Bloomberg of course I know. Would they be getting breaking news first out of everyone...
