Think or swim will fit the bill. You can try out all their stuff for free. Commissions are kind of high on futures though. You can negotiate if you do size. There is probably a better fit out there for you, but its a starting point.

Webice (the Ice web platform). $8.43 now as of now. I think you might be able to get free (delayed) quotes on theice.com. After you go to the ice.com, in the bottom left hand corner, there is an "ice data" area. Mouse over "OTC" and look for Henry Oct '08. Best of luck.

The downtime was close to their already scheduled maintenance, so it wasn't too terribly bad. Last time it went down in the middle of the day, someone pulled the power at a data center. It could've happened to any electronic exchange, Municipal codes where the data centers are dictate this...

Ice otc trades all the time... Currently 8.435 last as of 5:55 CST. Not as much of a pop as you'd expect...

Well, Ice did buy creditex, dunno if that'll do anything. And also, OTC daily commisions averaged 1.3mm in july.

I use clearport for power options and ice for power swaps. I can't wait till it all gets cleared on Ice (monthly power options, ect. ) . Its happening next month! To answer your question with power its usually .01-.02 a mw depending on if your doing cash or term.
