good call with PTT. I've been following it lately, and coudln't get myself to buy on the big run up, partially b/c of lack of liquidity. Now I'm a taking a look at the nice run up, but can't get myself to buy in to this market.

Of course I'm guessing. I love earnings season. ps: If i lose a set amount during earnings, i quit. But so far I'm up so i will continue to guess.

Calls or puts people ? Volatility is through the roof so the premiums are quite high at the moment, but maybe tomorrow, we'll see some stable prices and cheaper premiums.......I hope. After seeing whats BIDU, AAPL, AMZN has been doing, i might just buy some deep ITM calls and ride out...

Please forgive my ignorance here. AT & T now owns cingular, which is the company that you get your Iphone plan from. So if they report great earnings, you'd think this would have a good impact on AAPL ? After this, AAPL puts seem like a great idea. Even if they announce great...

See. here ya go. EMC beats earnings by 1 cent, and now the stock is down 2.5% to $19.00. Granted the market is down 100 points.

I actually sold today for a decent profit from $17.50. After they announced Vmware, the stock ramped up slowly from $15 to almost $20. Does this stock have great potential ? Absolutely. But, the whole earnings game is bs. God forbid if u miss by 3 cents, then your last 30...

What do you want ? A pat on the back ? Futures were way up this morning, which is the reason why most stocks are up.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but don't they need to go through more phase 3 trials before the fda will make their decision ? Phase 3 trials don't take months, they take years.
