People with kids should move out of the cities and into the suburbs. Then they can save money by not having to pay for private school, plus the kids will have a yard to play in and a calmer environment to grow up in.

I live in Johns Creek, Georgia, which is a nice suburb about 30 minutes north of Atlanta. My property taxes are only $2,000 per year. The home is a 3 bedroom, 2 full bath, 1 half bath, and a 2 car garage home worth about $200k. I used to live in New Jersey and property taxes are very high there.

I went to the Apple store this past weekend. I would not buy the Ipad. You cannot burn CD's, cannot watch DVD's, or save documents on to a CD with it, since there is no CD/DVD drive on it. There is no USB port on it to hook up Magic Jack. You cannot upload pictures on to it from a digital camera...

I will stick with my HP desktop computer with Windows 7, unlimited internet, and a 1,000 GB hard drive. I hate using a touch screen to type on; it takes so much longer than a keyboard, plus I like using a mouse much better.
