I don't trade during lunch but I would guess that a whole different set of rules would apply. For example i would think that an upper BB touch might be a good sell signal around lunch time but I wouldn't try that at 3pmESt with your money.

Pick ONE indicator and stick with it. No need for multiple price indicators, they will just confuse the issue. I like a good sharp CCI zeroline cross as a buy/sell indicator myself.

Another 10 point gap down on the Nasdaq today. Last time that happened on March 6th, the market rallied for a few hours, then showed substantial weakness for the next several days.. Historically when the Nasdaq gaps down this much, the odds of weakness the next couple of days is about 68%..
