Totally new to dt'ing and have been playing with oanda's sim, which is live. Been trading according to price movements and tech indicators that all seem to work well in predicting trends. Can i apply the same principles to equities trading? Will it follow similiar trends as forex markets? Sorry...

thing about swing trading i dont like the oppurtunity of big drawdowns holding positions overnight unless ive selectivly picked stocks for investment purpose
