Point 3 down made for a great day. Peaking red volume at the end of the day was also a good indicator for change.

I viewed this channel as being valid because it was only a FBO. Price did not break out of the channel for one complete price bar (BO). Every time that you have a FBO do you create a new channel? Thanks

I continue to post my annotated chart every day in an attempt to continue to learn this methodology which continues to work.

I know I don't have all the FBO's and BO's annotated. Any other help is always appreciated.

The area highlighted is where I thought about readjusting for a new big picture point 3. We did not have a break out on increasing red volume. I treated it as just a series of FBO's until volume showed another tree level channel. Either way, the big picture worked great!

I was already out of the market on the peaking red 4:00 EST bar. Yes, there was a BO of my orange steeper channel on the following bar.

At my current skill level this methodology works best for me on days like today! It was already a very good day, but the end of day point 3 down on the moving average made it even better!

Caught that steep up channel in the YM off of a sym pennant. Unfortunately, didn't react on the tape in the ES.

I had some difficulty with the volume today. It seemed as if there were some very strong moves w/ slow volume.

knew we were in an overall big picture up channel. Caught the non dominant ftt in the down channel, and then continuation pennants all the way up. And the dow mover was our RTL
