I've been using MSN's StockScouter along with their guided research to do some paper trades. I've started paper trading puts on stocks that are rated a 3 or lower and have poor technical and valuation grades. I only started doing this on Monday so I'm curious if you guys have had any success...

I went ahead and bought 10 contracts of the July $40 Put @ 1.20 earlier. I just can't see this stock heading north in the near term with all of this bad news. I don't use ReNu but if I did I'd probably stop just to be safe. If this is profitable for me I hope I can find some more stocks like it.

Damn it, I should have bought a contract or 2 on BOL during trading yesterday. :( Oh well, I'm sure there are plenty more stocks in the crapper or going there. :)

So trailing stops would be a beneficial tool then? That way I wouldn't have to watch my trades quite as much after they show a profit.
