Nowdays you have to be polite and use the word "crossdresser" to describe a man disguised as a female.

With live account you lose money now and with demo you're just delaying the inevitable.

I recommend you stop wasting time searching for regulated/unregulated brokers. At the end of the day you are going to lose money no matter which broker you go with.
